Malolwane Visit and Intervention

Modi Wellness & Rehabilitation Centre had an opportunity to be part of the Thanksgiving ceremony hosted by Joy (not her real name). The day was meant to thank God for His protection, mercy and restoration. The dress code for the day was military attire. Joy was attacked and was left with a permanent disability. She said the reason why she wanted Modi Wellness & Rehabilitation Centre to grace the event was to empower both the host and the attendees on holistic well-being. The role of Modi Wellness & Rehabilitation Centre was to provide group counselling and share individual counseling as well as provide insights on the new life as well as on how to now walk in this new path. Modi also shared how the attire of the day was symbolic with the thanksgiving, citing that those on the front line whether they die or survive are forever celebrated. Joy was overjoyed when Modi Wellness & Rehabilitation Centre presented a cake as a symbol of sharing and loving one another just as the Lord loves all of us unconditionally.  As Modi Wellness & Rehabilitation Centre, we wish Joy and her family a blessed life.
